Emotional Ease with Somatic Movement Therapy
These sessions are a unique combined mind/body approach to increase resiliency and transform your tcore emotional patterns around chronic pain, so that you can feel better emotionally and more comfortable in your body, handle challenge better, feel more confident with yourself and others.
Sessions include the Feldenkrais Method(R), in a combination of verbal guidance and hands-on work, drawing from perspectives drawn from Psychophysical Therapy(R), Focusing(R), and many other mind/body approaches. A series of sessions is specifically centered around your life goals.
Work begins with an initial assessment to determine your initial goals, and proceed from there with those goals in mind.
